10% deposit is required to book the dates for your retreat or event. the remaining amount is due in monthly installments between the first deposit and check in day. a payment plan will be mutually agreed beforehand with the organizers

CANCELLATION POLICY
our cancellation policy is non refundable and applies to initial deposit as well as all payments made towards the retreat or event. however, in case the organizer has a genuine serious situation, we will hold "funds as a credit" to be utilized for any future available date

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT PRICE ?
our group rate includes private accommodation, full vegetarian board (breakfast, lunch, tea snack and dinner), use of activity halls and common areas, daily yoga and meditation classes, a temazcal ceremony, pool access. all taxes and fees are included
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN OZEN ACCOMMODATE ?
OZEN offers 60 private studios with sleeping capacity for up to 180 guests, while larger events can accommodate up to 300 participants
IS OZEN SUITABLE FOR SMALLER GROUPS OF 15 TO 20 GUESTS ?
absolutely. despite its large capacity, OZEN feels intimate and welcoming for smaller groups, with variety of spaces that let you create a personal, cozy retreat experience
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM GROUP BOOKING ?
the minimum group booking is either 20 studios (3 nights) or 15 studios (4 nights)
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR A FULL BUYOUT ?
a group booking of 45 studios for 3 nights is the minimum requirement to get exclusive use of OZEN (maximum rooms available 60). however, we are flexible and also accept smaller reservations by adding an extra small fee
CAN OUR GROUP HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF ONE HALL AND ONE DINING SPACE, IF WE BOOK THE MINIMUM ?
yes, your group can enjoy exclusive use of one event hall and one dining area with your minimum reservation
IS OZEN OPEN FOR WALK IN RESERVATIONS OR DAILY EVENTS AND CLASSES ?
OZEN is dedicated purely for private retreats, trainings and group events, and does not accept individual accommodation bookings
CAN OZEN HELP US ORGANIZE ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS FOR OUR RETREAT ?
yes, we can help organize musical concerts, sound healing sessions, ice baths, mayan ceremonies and many other tailor made activities
CAN OZEN ACCOMMODATE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS ?
yes, our vegetarian kitchen prepares fresh meals on site and can accommodate specific dietary requirements upon request

OZEN is approximately 40 minutes from cancún international airport and 25 minutes from playa del carmen city center, while remaining secluded within a private tropical forest
